Fill out the form to reserve your whole chicken(s) from our June 2026 processing day. You'll be able to select your preferred weight range, or let us choose what’s available. Each bird is reserved with a $10 deposit, and the final price is calculated at $5.50 per pound once your chicken has been weighed.

We’ll email you your remaining balance and pickup details after our processing day. Pickup takes place on Saturday or Sunday in June (TBD) — we’ll include all the details in your confirmation when we get closer to that date. You’ll have the option to pick up your chicken fresh after processing, or choose a frozen pickup option if that’s more convenient. Quantities are limited, so be sure to reserve early!

Once processed, we will weigh your birds and calculate your remaining balance. This can be paid in advance or at pickup.
The remaining balance will be calculated at $5.50 per pound.
Choose between fresh or frozen birds at pickup.
