Real Food. Real Community. Real Life.

Bethel Church Homestead is more than a farmstand—it's our family's way of sharing the food we believe in with our local community. From handcrafted sourdough and fresh eggs to pasture-raised meats and seasonal baked goods, everything we offer is made or raised with care.

Whether you're stopping by for a loaf of bread or following along on our homesteading journey, we're so glad you're here.

How It All Began

We weren't born into farming. We didn't start with a legacy of land or old family secrets passed down through generations. Instead, we started with a simple longing for a slower pace and a deeper connection to the food on our plates. What began as a small backyard garden has since blossomed into a lively homestead filled with chickens, fresh sourdough, and a shared dream of intentional living.

For our family, this journey is about choosing homegrown flavors over convenience, finding beauty in handmade things, and teaching our children the value of a hard day's work under the open sky. We've encountered plenty of failed harvests and stubborn roosters along the way, but every lesson brings us closer to a life that feels truly grounded. We believe that anyone, anywhere, can take a small step toward self-sufficiency, and we’re so glad you’re here to grow alongside us.

Life at BCHomestead

The Story Behind the Farmstand

Bethel Church Homestead started with a simple idea: if we wanted better food for our family, we should learn how to grow and raise it ourselves.

What began with a few chickens and homemade sourdough slowly turned into something much bigger. Today, our honor-system farmstand connects us with hundreds of families looking for fresh bread, pasture-raised eggs and meat, homemade baked goods, and a slower way of living. Every loaf is mixed in our kitchen, every egg is collected by hand, and every product we offer is something we're proud to feed our own family.

We're not a big farm, and we're not trying to be. We're a family who believes knowing where your food comes from still matters.
