The easiest appetizer you’ll ever make — and the one everyone will ask for again.
This hand-blended seasoning was made for warm sourdough loaves, good olive oil, and even better company. Whether you're setting the table for guests or just making a simple snack, this blend brings bold, herby flavor to every bite.
Classic Dipping Oil
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
1 teaspoon Just Add Oil blend (or more to taste)
Optional: splash of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
Crusty bread for serving (we love sourdough or focaccia)
Instructions:
Pour olive oil into a shallow bowl or small dish.
Sprinkle the spice blend evenly over the oil.
Add a splash of balsamic or lemon juice, if using, and swirl gently.
Serve with sliced or torn bread for dipping.
Our Favorite Way to Serve It
We often add a pinch of minced garlic or a sprinkle of grated parmesan for even more flavor. It's not required — but it’s definitely how we love it most.
More Ways to Use It
As a dressing:Whisk 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of the blend.
As a marinade:Combine with olive oil and lemon juice to season chicken, pork, or vegetables.
As a finishing touch:Sprinkle on roasted potatoes, grilled zucchini, scrambled eggs, or oven fries.
In pasta:Toss with olive oil, sautéed spinach, and crumbled feta for a quick and flavorful meal.
